1. Acceptance

By creating an account on ZiSchool, you agree to these terms. If you're creating a school account as a headteacher, you're responsible for the accuracy of data your school enters and for how your staff and parents use the invite codes you issue.

2. Accounts and roles

Each account belongs to one role (headteacher, teacher, parent, or student) within one school. Sharing login credentials, or using a role to access data you're not entitled to, is not permitted.

3. Subscription plans

Free, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans set limits on the number of students and staff a school can add. Schools exceeding a plan's limit will be asked to upgrade before adding more.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to enter false student records, misuse the announcements or messaging features to send unrelated or harmful content, or attempt to access data belonging to another school.

5. Data ownership

Records entered by a school (students, marks, fees, attendance) belong to that school. ZiTechnologies stores and processes this data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep ZiSchool available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as ZiSchool adds features. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
